Private preview terms.

GTM OS is a prelaunch project based in California, United States. These terms describe the private preview and the responsibilities that come with access. Contact hello@trygtmoscloud.com about these terms or your participation.

Your access

Use the preview only through the account, workspace and permissions granted to you. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you act for a business or add its information, you must have authority to do so.

What the preview provides

GTM OS helps organize business research, leads, acquisition plans, AI drafts, conversations and calendar work. Available features depend on your workspace setup, access, provider readiness and usage limits. Managed sales sending is still being prepared and is not available for public launch. A preview invitation does not promise access to every feature or a future launch date.

The native sample walkthrough and explainer use fictional scenarios. They do not run live AI tasks, send messages or create meetings. Live workspace actions follow their own setup and review steps.

Review and authorization

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check research, recipients, message content and suggested actions before relying on them. A generated draft, contact record or research result is not permission to contact someone. Use the required approval steps for enabled actions and do not bypass sending limits, opt-outs or other access controls.

Connecting Google Calendar permits the features described during connection; bookings and cancellations still require authorization through the app. An invitation shares event details and may reveal the calendar organizer to attendees. New Gmail connections, Gmail reads and email AI tasks are unavailable in this release. If you used Gmail in an earlier preview, your private saved tasks remain available for review and deletion, and you can disconnect stored mailbox access.

Your information and outreach

Only provide information you have the right to use and share for the requested task. You are responsible for authorizing your use of business contacts, respecting applicable privacy and outreach requirements, and honoring recipients’ choices. Do not use the preview for deceptive messages, harassment, unsolicited spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or attempts to evade a provider’s restrictions.

You keep your rights in information you provide. You authorize us to process it to deliver the features you request, as described in our privacy notice. That notice explains Google data use, service providers, saved task history, disconnection and deletion. These terms do not expand those data uses.

Connected services

Features may depend on third-party services. Those services have their own terms, permissions, availability and limits. Connecting a service does not grant permission to use it beyond your authorized account or its rules. External demo, marketplace or partner links may lead to separately operated services; their availability does not establish an integration with your GTM OS workspace.

Payments and outcomes

These preview terms do not set a subscription price or authorize a charge. Any paid pilot or service requires separately agreed scope, price and payment terms. Charges for a service you purchase directly from another provider follow your agreement with that provider.

The preview is still being developed and may change or be interrupted. We do not promise a particular number of leads, replies, meetings, clients, revenue or other business results. Review important information and keep copies of records you need outside the preview.

Ending access and requesting data

You may stop using the preview and ask us to close your access. We may pause or end access if the preview ends, a provider becomes unavailable, or use creates a security issue or violates these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give notice; urgent security issues may require immediate action.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us from your account address. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the requested workspace data. Ending access or disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete saved task history. The privacy notice explains available deletion controls and records that may need to be retained.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the preview develops. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be communicated to affected preview users before applying to their continued use, where practical.
